Values set at build time

The build fixes some MooseFS defaults that no configuration file carries: the port numbers, the directories a daemon uses and the account it runs as. Every default value in this documentation is the value the MooseFS packages have.

If you build MooseFS yourself, configure sets these values. The option next to each value changes it.
